Terms of Service

By using blockd, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the blockd service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

blockd is an AI-powered workflow automation platform that allows you to create, schedule, and run automated tasks by describing them in plain English. The service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at ngokienquoc2005@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 16 years old to use blockd. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use blockd to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation
Send unsolicited communications (spam)
Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from third-party services in violation of their terms
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or account
Create automations designed to harass, threaten, or harm others
Circumvent rate limits or abuse the credit system
Resell or sublicense access to the service without written permission

5. Usage-Based Billing

blockd uses usage-based billing. Each plan includes a monthly spending allowance (in USD) that is consumed by AI token usage and tool execution costs. Spending allowances reset on your billing date and do not roll over to the next month.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

If payment fails, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan after a 7-day grace period.

6. Third-Party Integrations

blockd connects to third-party services (Gmail, Slack, Notion, etc.) on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring your use of those integrations complies with the respective service's terms. blockd is not responsible for actions taken by third-party services or for interruptions in their availability.

7. AI-Generated Content

Automations and outputs produced by blockd's AI may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your use case. You are solely responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before acting on it. blockd is not liable for any decisions made based on AI outputs.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content, automation instructions, and data you provide to blockd. By using the service, you grant blockd a limited license to process that content solely to operate and improve the service.

The blockd platform, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by blockd and protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, blockd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Vietnam.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
